My only suggestion would be that this doesn’t apply just to women. I get why you focus on women, but I reject the notion that women are exclusively affected.
I believe it would be beneficial if men were addressed more from this perspective. It may even help reduce the relentless mysogeny of the “manosphere” if there is wider discussion of how men and women are actually similar.
You’re right Nick — what I teach and write about isn’t exclusive to women. I’ve worked with a lot of men over the years, and the patterns are human: giving away your power, getting trapped in proving yourself, missing the moments where leadership actually shows up.
I’m focused on women right now because that’s where I have seen the strongest signal in my current work — but men have used what I teach, and continue to. Your manosphere point lands. Thank you for raising it.
